About Bruce and his Practise

Many years ago, as a competitive athlete Dr. Lofting was no stranger to good health. But when fatigue became commonplace with him, and his family M.D. gave him the classic response, "Tests show everything is ok. Come back when you're sick." he turned elsewhere. He decided to try suggestions from a naturopathic doctor on how to improve overall health by improving digestion.
Within three weeks, his energy increased to an all time high, he felt a tremendous sense of well-being and his mental acuity went up. This motivated him to enquire further into naturopathic medicine.
